EasyBets Terms & Conditions

EasyBets (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an international online betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all EasyBets services.

By using the EasyBets website or any of its associated services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

EasyBets reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Registered users will be notified of any changes via email or on-site notification. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To open an account with EasyBets, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You may register only one account in your own name.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration.
• Online betting must be legal under the laws of your country.
• A valid government-issued ID may be required for identity verification (KYC).

Verification of the email address or phone number provided at registration is required. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. EasyBets will not be held liable if someone else accesses your account or any loss results from such unauthorized use.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to keep your account secure. If you notice any suspicious activity, please notify our support team immediately.

EasyBets currently accepts the following payment methods:

All deposits are credited to your account instantly (except Bank Transfers). EasyBets does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Deposited funds may only be used for betting purposes.
• Deposits sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• Please keep your reference number after sending a payment.

The following rules apply when withdrawing your winnings:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• KYC verification (national ID or passport) must be completed before any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawals (৳50,000+).

If a withdrawal request is declined, the reason will be communicated via email. EasyBets reserves the right to suspend or cancel withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity or breach of terms.

The following general rules apply when placing bets on EasyBets:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a cashout option is available).
• EasyBets reserves the right to void bets if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• If a bet is cancelled before the match begins, a full refund will be issued.
• If a match in a parlay bet is cancelled, it will be counted as odds of 1.00.
• In the event of any match dispute, EasyBets' decision is final.

Odds in live betting change continuously. The odds valid at the time of confirmation will apply. If odds change before confirmation is completed, you will be given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.

EasyBets offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, but the general rules are as follows:

• The welcome bonus applies to first deposits only.
• To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of generally 10–30x must be completed (refer to each offer for full details).
• Bonuses are typically valid for 7–30 days from activation.
• A bonus offer may not be used more than once.
• EasyBets reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if bonus abuse is suspected.

For free bet bonuses, only the winnings may be withdrawn — the original free bet amount is not withdrawable. Cashback offers are generally credited to the bonus balance and are subject to specific wagering requirements.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on EasyBets:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account, or allowing someone else to use your account.
• Abusing bonuses or systematically exploiting the bonus system.
• Placing bets on match-fixing or predetermined outcomes.
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets.
• Depositing using a credit card or another person's payment method.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack or exploit vulnerabilities in EasyBets' systems.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account in question will be immediately closed, funds may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

EasyBets may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If the Terms & Conditions are violated.
• If fraud is suspected.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• If the user submits a self-exclusion request.

Users who wish to close their account may contact our support team directly. If a valid balance remains at the time of closure, it will be refunded through the designated process.

A monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 may apply to inactive accounts (where a balance exists). Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be automatically deactivated.

EasyBets will not be held liable for the following:

• Bets not confirmed due to internet connectivity issues.
• Deposit delays due to third-party payment provider failures.
• Any loss resulting from sharing your account credentials with others.
• Losses arising from currency exchange rate fluctuations.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.

EasyBets makes every effort to keep the platform running around the clock, but temporary downtime may be necessary for maintenance or emergencies. We will endeavour to provide advance notice whenever possible.

EasyBets reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. In the event of changes:

• A notification will be sent to your registered email address.
• A notice will be posted on the website homepage.
• You will be notified at least 7 days before any changes take effect.
• If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may contact support to close your account.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
